Donald Edward Cundall II

Donald Edward Cundall II, of Washington, passed away on September 28, 2026. He was born July 13, 1948, in Washington, PA, the son of the late Donald Edward Cundall and Ann Elizabeth "Betty Ann" Stenhouse Cundall.

Donald graduated from Trinity High School and was a longtime member of First United Presbyterian Church, where he served as a Deacon, Elder, and Sexton. He later became a member of the Church of the Covenant.

Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Donald worked as a laborer with Local Union 286, contributing to the construction of several new hospitals and power plants in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area. He also worked for National Annealing Box Company. Later, Donald established his own janitorial business, with the South Park and Venetia post offices and Dosse Contracting among his primary clients.

Throughout his life, Donald enjoyed gardening, traveling, and coin collecting. He also built an extensive collection of scale-model cars, trucks, boats, and aircraft. Donald enjoyed helping others and was a friend to many.

He is survived by his sisters, Dona C. Hamilton and Margaret C. Cundall; his niece, Heather Leigh; his nephews, Heath Hamilton and his wife, Denise, and Nathan Hamilton; and his grandnieces and grandnephew, Hannah, Kalie, and Brandon.

All services will be private and are entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ARC Human Services of Canonsburg or Church of the Covenant Preschool in Washington.
