Nurse's Aide at Western Center. Elaine Foflygen Ackley Fullgraf, 79, of Claysville, died on October 24, 2021, in the Washington Hospital. She was born on May 14, 1942, in Washington, a daughter of the late Priscilla (stepfather Russell) Chuey and Kenneth Foflygen. Elaine had worked as a nurse's aide at Western Center for more than thirty years, and also at Mayview State Hospital. A member of the American Legion auxiliary, Elaine attended Rolling Hills Chapel in Claysville. She enjoyed camping, dancing and gardening. On June 4, 1994, she married Edward "Little Red" Fullgraf, who died on May 19, 2020. Surviving are four children, Charles (JoAnn) Ackley, of Lone Pine, Susan (Paul) Butler, of Hermitage, Helen (John) Fleming, of Taylorstown, and Jacqueline (Tom) Terrell, of Washington; a stepson, John Fullgraf, of Florida; two stepdaughters, Traci Fullgraf, of North Carolina, and Pam Weaver, of Washington; three grandsons, Eddie and Dylan Musolino, and Bradley Butler; a step grandson, Dylan Fullgraf; a step granddaughter, Jordan Hartman; a brother, William Foflygen; two sisters, Louise Daniels, and Marie Moody; four great granddaughters; and three great grandsons. Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
