Frank W. Brown, Sr.

Frank W. “Pops” Brown Sr., 72, of Washington, passed away Friday, January 17, 2025, in Donnell House, Washington. He was born September 25, 1952, in Washington, a son of the late Earl Brown Sr. and Eva (the late Clarence) Gorby Scarberry. Frank enjoyed going to the casino, fishing, and watching the Steelers and Westerns. Above all, he loved spending time with his family. On May 29, 1970, he married Sandra Yater Brown, who passed away April 28, 2021. Surviving are a son, Frank W. (Christine) Brown; a daughter, Candida Brown; four grandchildren Kain Brown, Raelee Brown, Bryan Byers and Morgan Byers; a great-grandchild, Kolton Brown; three brothers, Earl (Debbie) Brown, Don (Carol) Scarberry and Ron Scarberry; two sisters, Debbie (Jay) Jones and Donna Scarberry; a nephew, Shawn McClain; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to his parents, stepfather and wife, is a brother, Bobby Brown. The family would like to thank the Donnell House for the exceptional care they provided Frank.
