Franklin Clyde “Frank” Tustin, 50, of Washington, died Wednesday, November 17, 2021, in Donnell House. He was born October 4, 1971, in Washington, a son of Barbara Watton Tustin of Washington and the late Donald Lee Tustin, Jr. Mr. Tustin attended Burgettstown High School and Canon McMillan High School. He worked in construction for various local companies for many years. Mr. Tustin loved fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Surviving are two sons, Tylor R. Tustin and Nathen Tustin; a brother, Donald W. Tustin; a sister, Tina M. Jenkins; a niece, Karri Ann Davis; a nephew, Thomas Davis, Jr.; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m., Saturday, November 27th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
