Ivan Ullom Jr., a devoted family man and beloved member of the Washington, PA community, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026, in Pittsburgh, PA. Born on January 11, 1957, in Washington, Ivan’s life was a testament to hard work, heartfelt passion, and unwavering loyalty.

A graduate of Washington High School, Ivan dedicated much of his career to the safety and well-being of others, working with unwavering commitment at the Kellington Protection Services within the Chartiers Valley School District. His strong work ethic was evident in every aspect of his life, a trait that those close to him admired deeply.

Whether you knew him as Ivan, Son, Sweetie or Pap Pap, he loved his family above all else and wore his heart proudly on his sleeve. Known for saying exactly what was on his mind, he possessed a great sense of humor that brightened any room. His presence had a unique ability to make people feel at ease, a gift that endeared him to many throughout his life.

His hobbies and interests painted a vivid picture of a man who cherished freedom and adventure. A passionate gun collector, he also found great joy in riding his motorcycle. His Harley was more than just a bike; it was his vessel for charity rides and meaningful journeys. Among his most inspirational feats was his 9/11 ride through New York, during which he never once put his foot to the ground—a powerful act that reflected his dedication and respect for those affected by that tragic day.

Ivan is survived by his loving wife, Antoinette "Tonei" (Cargiene), whom he married on December 18, 2009, and together they built a family rooted in love and mutual respect. His children—Ivan (Marcy) Ullom, Kristyn (Jessie) Orbin, Kaiti Ullom, Sarah (Mark) Hayes, and Daniel (Amanda) Florian—carry forward his legacy with pride and honor. He was a proud "Pap Pap" to Reilly, Cameron, Haley, Jessie, Raelynn, Ryan, Bee, and Zachariah, whose lives he touched deeply along with his extended family, including nieces and nephews.

Ivan was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Marian (Crowe) Ullom Sr., and two sisters Bonnie and Pat, who hold a cherished place in his memory.

Ivan memory will forever remain a beacon of love, strength, and inspiration to all who knew him. His journey may have ended, but the impact he made will resonate in the hearts of his family and friends for generations to come.

Ivan was an active member of the Washington PA HOG Chapter #1928, Patriot Guard Riders of Western PA, The Police Benevolent Foundation, Firearm Owners Against Crime and Teamsters local 585.
