Jacquelyn Noble Allen, 55, of Washington, died Wednesday, September 9, 2020, in The Washington Hospital. She was born February 25, 1965, in Washington, a daughter of the late Charles and Jane Noble. Ms. Noble graduated from Washington High School and earned an Associate’s degree in business administration at Penn Commercial in 1985. She worked as a bank tell for Washington Financial. Surviving is her caregiver, John Allen. Deceased is her sister, Sue. Due to state-mandated Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to William G.
