James C. “Jim” Arbuckle, 53, of Washington, died unexpectedly of a heart attack, Monday, October 1, 2018, in the Washington Hospital. He was born April 27, 1965, in Washington, a son of the late James C. and Marcella V. Vandergrift Arbuckle. A graduate of Trinity High School, Mr. Arbuckle worked in maintenance for Falconi Properties. A huge WVU football fan, he enjoyed hunting and spending time with his children. On June 6, 1998, he married Angela “Angie” Durbin, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Tyler Arbuckle of Washington; a daughter, Lexi Arbuckle of Washington; two sisters, Marcie Arbuckle Hazuga of Bentleyville and Heather Arbuckle of Washington; nieces and nephews, Stephan and Walt Hazuga, Matthew (Lauren) Kelley, Amanda (Luke) Frye, Emily and Easton Durbin; great-niece, Gracelynn Kelley; mother- and father-in-law, Harold and Wilda Durbin of Washington; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Tammy and Will Kelley of Hunker and Chad and Julie Durbin of Washington; and several aunts and uncles. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, October 5th, with Rev. Rick Bruckner officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
