Jaxon Fredrick Taylor, 5 months, of Washington, died Saturday, February 22, 2020, in UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He was born September 20, 2019, in Washington, a son of Evan Jimenez and Chelsea Papa of Washington. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Billy Ray Cox, Jr.; three sisters, Alexandra Monae Cox, Sabrina Lynnette Taylor and Lily May Taylor, all of Washington; paternal grandparents, Tammy and Terry Taylor of Washington; maternal grandparents, Patricia Papa of Avella and Lorie and Joe Morrissey of Dayton, Ohio; and paternal great-grandparents, John and Twila Fischer of Prosperity. Deceased is his maternal grandfather, Patsy Fred Papa. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m., Friday, February 28th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Following visitation, a graveside service will be held in Independence Cemetery, Avella.
