Jennie Mucha Robinson passed peacefully in her home on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. The daughter of the late Paul and Barbara Bertha Mucha, Jennie was born on July 19, 1931. 

Growing up in Richeyville, PA, Jennie was a 1949 graduate of Centerville High School. She went on to graduate from Penn Commercial Business Technical School. 

Jennie enjoyed working inside and outside of her home. She enjoyed being around people and had many good friends. Jennie also enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening. 

She was employed in Washington into her 80th decade for major manufacturing companies, as well as the Washington County Airport, and finally for the Chapman Corporation. 

She was Catholic by faith and attended the Immaculate Conception Church of Washington, now St. James Parish.

On November 21, 1951, she married John J. Robinson who died June 29, 2018. 

Surviving are her son, John P. (Kathryn) and daughter, Jennifer both of Washington; Frank D. (Janet) Robinson, brother and sister-in-law of Waynesburg, several nieces and nephews, including Lincoln (Lisa) Robinson of Carmichaels. Jennie was the last of her immediate family.

 Deceased in addition to her parents are four brothers and their wives, Paul (Ann) Mucha, Mike (Kaye) Mucha, Steve (Margaret) Mucha, and George Mucha.

In accordance with Jennie’s wishes, friends will be received from 4-8 PM on Monday, June 29, 2026 at the William G. Neal Funeral Home, 925 Allison Avenue Washington. Interment will be private in the Washington Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jennie’s name may be made to Fix ‘Ur Cat, 222 Hall Avenue, Washington, Pa. 15301, Washington Area Humane Society,1527 Route 136, Eighty Four, Pa. 15330, or another loving animal charity of your choice.

The family extends sincere gratitude for their kindness, care, and expertise to Centerville Clinic, Washington: Dr Muhly, Dr. Sapko, and Amber Prebeg CRNP; Washington Health System, Dr Smith and TMA Kidney Specialists particularly Dr. Diaz and Dr. Karambelkar, 6S staff; and Concordia Hospice of Washington.
