John Wayne Allen, 62, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025, in his home in Washington.
He was born February 18, 1963, in Carnegie, a son of Ellamae Yolton Allen and the late James E. “Sonny” Allen.
John was a 1982 graduate of Trinity High School.
He was employed as an installer in the flooring industry.
John loved camping and his animals. He was an artist and was a very talented medium in the art world.
He particularly enjoyed being a member of the pool league at the Jessop Club.
On November 21, 1992, he married Jacquelin Noble Allen, who passed away September 9, 2020.
Surviving are a brother, Jim Allen (Judi); two sisters, Judy Shrontz and Jodi Allen (Robb Hamilton); a niece, Ashley; a nephew, Cody; and a great-niece, Zoey.
Funeral arrangements are private and entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
