Karen Lee Brice, 82, of Washington, entered into the presence of the Lord Jesus, as a faithful servant on October 21, 2025.
She was born September 19, 1943, in Washington Hospital, a daughter of the late Morgan Charles McKay and Helen Marie Crowe.
Her sister, Darlene Taggart, and brother, David Morgan McKay, are both deceased.
On May 17, 1969, she married Reverend Charles Wesley Brice Sr. at Third UP Church by Reverend Dale Gorman.
She is survived by two children, Charles (Tina) Wesley Brice Jr. of Scenery Hill, and Christine Marie Brice of Canonsburg; and three grandchildren Wesley Duane Brice of Columbus Ohio, Alexander David Brice and Natalie Jordan Brice of Scenery Hill.
She graduated from Washington High School in 1962 and then from Penn Commercial College in 1966.
She worked for many businesses in Washington, like Viehmann’s Drug Store, Fairmont Supply and retired from Belden/West Penn Wire as a human resources manager.
Reuniting with family and friends in heaven will be a very special time for her. Karen headed a large prayer shawl ministry called Heavenly Threads for many years, serving hospitals and nursing homes in western Pennsylvania.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2025, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025. Interment will follow at Washington Cemetery.
