Kathryn L. “Kathy Lou” Leasure, 57, of Washington, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018, in the Washington Hospital.She was born on December 20, 1960, in Washington, a daughter of Catherine “Cathy” L. Miller Mounts McVay, of Washington, and the late Charles “Don” Mounts.A graduate of Trinity High School, she also received an Associate Degree from ICM School of Business, in Pittsburgh.She attended Fairhill Manor Christian Church.Mrs. Leasure worked for thirteen years at Canonsburg Podiatry, as a podiatric assistant.For most of her life, Kathy Lou was involved in youth and children’s ministries with several churches that she attended.She loved her children, who were her life.On October 10, 1992, she married James F. “Jim” Leasure, Jr., who survives.Also surviving are three children, James C. “J.C.” Leasure, of Washington; Mary K. Leasure, of Washington; and Daniel A.M. Leasure, of Washington; her in-laws, Jim and Leora Leasure, of Eighty-Four; and four children whom she was a previous nanny to, Amanda, John, Samantha and Michael.Friends will be received on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 3, 2018, with Rev. Michael Lehman and Pastor Rick Bruckner co-officiating.Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.Memorial donations to assist with funeral expenses, may be made to the family, in care of the funeral home, William G.
