Kathryn Rush

Kathryn Rush, 90, of Washington, died June 15, 2021, in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care, Washington. She was born August 17, 1930, in Washington, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Filipik Julos. A graduate of Trinity High School, Kathryn worked as an Aide/Companion. She enjoyed bowling and golf, loved picking berries and baking, and taking long walks. On April 22, 1950, Kathryn married John Rush, who died December 14, 2020. Surviving are daughters, Renee (Steve) Wilkins, of West Chester, Laraine (Stan) Rush, of Washington, Amy (Nick) Pascuzzi, of Washington; grandchildren, Matthew (Alyson) Livolsi, of McDonald, Emily (Andrew) Manko, of West Chester; great-grandchild, Nora Manko; and nieces and nephews. Kathryn was preceded in death by six siblings. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, 92 W. Walnut St, Washington, PA 15301, where memorial donations may be made in her name. Services will be private.
