Laura Loretta Young

Laura Loretta Young, 55, of Washington died on Friday, June 8, 2018, in her home, following a one-month illness. She was born on July 13, 1962, in Bethel Park, a daughter of the late Jessie and Loretta Hodder Young. A graduate of Bethel Park High School, she was Roman Catholic by faith. Ms. Young worked as a visiting nurse for many years. Laura loved reading, and watching Jeopardy on television. Surviving are her longtime companion, Harvey Adams. Also surviving are two brothers, Butch Hayes, and Clayton Young, of Sacramento ,CA; and two sisters, Linda Hayes, of Belle Vernon, and Alice Young, of Pittsburgh. Deceased, in addition to her parents, is a brother, Michael Young. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or services.
