Lora S. Fulton

Lora S. Fulton, 50, of Washington, died Sunday, March 17, 2019 at home. She was born June 2, 1968 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of Ralph and Virginia Baugh Zinser. Lora graduated from St. Clairsville High School and was a hairstylist. Lora loved all animals especially horses and her dogs, Storm, Niko and Echo. She enjoyed horseback riding and playing games. On September 9, 1995, she married Jim Fulton, who survives. Also surviving are a brother, Terry (Meryl) Zinser of Rittman, Ohio and a sister, Lisa (Jason) Moore of Bumpass, VA. All services were private. Arrangements have been entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
