M. Josephine Labella-Orris

M. Josephine LaBella-Orris, 98, of Washington, died Monday, December 3, 2018, in Standish Assistant Living. She was born September 11, 1920, in Washington, a daughter of Daniel and Fondine Oliveto LaBella. A graduate of Washington High School, Mrs. Orris worked at the main unemployment office in Harrisburg. She enjoyed bowling and was happiest when spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Orris was a member of St. Hilary Church. On September 19, 1949, she married Harry Orris, who died August 11, 1958. Surviving are a sister, Margaret LaBella, of Washington, and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are brothers, Charles, Michael, Daniel Jr. and Anthony LaBella, and sisters, Anna Marie Bonus, Lucy Amon and Helen Steratore. Friends will be received from 4 till 6 p.m., the time of service, on Thursday, December 6th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.  Burial will be private in Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
