Marsha Lee Leonard

Marsha Lee Leonard, 69 of Washington, died Monday, October 15, 2018. She was born May 26, 1949 in Cameron, WV., the daughter of the late Vernon S. Cook Sr. and Ramona Neely Cook. Marsha was a 1967 graduate of Trinity High School. She loved spending time outdoors, cooking, knitting, sewing and watching television. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and her family. On May 18, 1968, she married Kenneth Earl Leonard, Jr., who survives. Also surviving are a son, Kenneth Earl (Laurie) Leonard III of Washington; a brother, Raymond (Sandy) Cook of Amity; four grandchildren, Shannon (Colton) Shrontz of Greensburg, Sharon (Steven Bahr) Leonard of Washington, Matthew Gregory of Ohio and Justin Gregory of Washington; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a granddaughter, Kellie Marie Leonard; a brother, Vernon Cook Jr. and a sister, Roberta “Lynn” DiLoreto. Friends will be received Friday, October 19, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington. Services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Linda Mankey officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens.
