Marvin Jay Harps

Marvin Jay Harps, 59 of Washington, died Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the Washington Hospital. He was born June 6, 1961, in Dearborn, Michigan, the son of the late Earl E. Harps and Ola Jane Contrill Harps. Marvin attended Trinity High School and work in construction, He was an avid fisherman, football fan and was a free-spirited, loving person, who will be sadly missed by all who loved him. Surviving are six brothers, David (Mary) Kelley Jr., George (Chris) Kelley II, Martin (Nicole) Harps, Kenneth L. Kelley, Rodger L. Kelley and Richard (Patty) Harps; two sisters, Diane (Arthur) Lovejoy and Dar’lyn Harps; friend and caregiver, Richard Gray and many nieces and nephews. Deceased is a brother, Randy E. Harps. All services are private and have been entrusted William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
