Michael J. Otruba

Michael J. Otruba, 69 of Prosperity, died Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Washington Hospital. He was born November 4, 1949, in California, PA, the son of the late Steven Otruba and Jamima Edwart Otruba. Michael was a security guard. He married Deborah A. Hallam, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Amy Kraushaar and Julie Gray;  three brothers; two sisters; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.  All services were private, and have been entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
