Norma R. Frazee

Norma R. Frazee, 92, of Washington, died on September 13, 2021, in the Washington Hospital. She was born on May 1, 1929, in Deemston, a daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Catherine Rosella Yorty Miller. Mrs. Frazee had worked as a babysitter, and at G.C. Murphy and at the Lone Pine Market. She was a member of Highland Brethren Church in Marianna. Norma loved football and baseball, and was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. She loved red cardinals, Elvis, game shows, and cooking shows. She enjoyed gardening, doing puzzles and word searches, and reading books and the daily newspaper. On April 14, 1949, she married James Roland “Ronnie” Frazee, who died on April 18, 2007. Surviving are a son, James E. (the late Carolyn) Frazee, of Stoneville, NC; a daughter, Lisa M. Frazee Wood, of Washington; a sister, Delilah (Jim) Forney, of Washington; five grandchildren, Keith Frazee, Jeffery (April) Frazee, Halee (Albert) Morrell, Steven Wood, and Destiny Wood; a great granddaughter, Leah; three step great grandchildren, Le’von, Ziymir and Tabiyis; a sister-in-law, Clara Miller, of Marianna; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Deceased are her siblings, Joseph Miller, Geraldine (Ronald) Phillips, Marion (James) Statler, and Charles Miller. Friends will be received on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., the time of service, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA. Burial will follow in Lone Pine Cemetery.
