Norma Jean Wright

Norma Jean Wright, 78, of Avella, died Saturday, September 29, 2018, at Washington Hospital. She was born December 20, 1939, in Pleasant Grove, the daughter of the late John C. Byers and Olive Jones Byers. Norma was a graduate of Claysville High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, camping, and spending time with her family. On September 15, 1961, she married Harold Arthur Wright, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Mark (Sheryl) Wright of Washington; a daughter, Lisa (Chris) White of Ravenna, OH; four grandchildren, Caitlin, Cassidy and Carissa White and Noah Wright; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are four brothers, John C. Jr, Donald, Raymond and Robert Byers. At the request of the deceased all services were private.
