Rebecca Deyell Salamone

Rebecca Deyell “Becky” Salamone, 60, of Washington, died December 10, 2020, in her home. She was born July 31, 1960, in Washington, a daughter of the late Robert Deyell and Betty Deyell Miller. A graduate of Trinity High School, Ms. Salamone was a homemaker who loved cutting grass and cleaning. She loved and adored her grandchildren and would help anyone in need. Ms. Salamone was a member of the Auxiliary of American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post 175. Surviving are a son, Matt (Korey) Deyell of Meadowlands; a daughter, Jennifer Salamone of Washington; three siblings, Sue (Guy) Tharp of Sarasota, Florida, Bob Deyell of Washington, and John (Julie) Deyell of Washington; six grandchildren, Kane, Kyle, Elijah, Keira, Emma and Konner; nieces and nephews, Ethan Deyell, Mary Sue Mosley, Shari Tharp, Sharon Tharp, Karen Tharp and Stephen Tharp; best friend, Kim Keener; and close friends, Desiree Hague, Joe Evans, and Keith Napolitan. Deceased is her former husband, Jack Salamone. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post 175, 168 Park Avenue, Washington, PA 15301. Arrangements are entrusted to William G.
