Sandra Lee Howard, 75, of Washington, died October 26, 2021, in UPMC- Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born August 21, 1946, in New York City, NY, the daughter of the late Ameo and Vyiona Campbell Celli. Sandra attended Canon- McMillan High School. She was employed as a car valet at Trump Plaza. She loved shopping in secondhand stores, reading, writing poetry, and spending time with friends and family. Sandra was Roman Catholic by faith. She is survived by two sons, William Edward Howard, Jr., of Ronco, PA, and Mark Howard, of Washington; grandchildren, Faith and Zach, and nephew, Bobby Ruff. Sandra was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Sikon and sisters, Smokey Campbell, and Susan Darnley. There will be no public services.
