Shirley Ann Julian, 82 of Claysville, died Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Washington Hospital. She was born November 21, 1936, in Carmichaels, the daughter of the late Joseph and Francis Bowman. Shirley worked at Frank’s Auto Repair as an administrator. She was a member of Christian Church of North American. Shirley loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved her three fur babies, Boo, Little Boo and Zoey. She enjoyed bird watching, watching the Hallmark channel and westerns on the television. On September 14, 1975, he married Frank Julian Sr., who died August 3, 2018. Surviving are her children, Kathleen Flory of Canonsburg, Victoria (Mark Sr.) Teegarden of Rices Landing, Janet K. (Frank) Julian of Claysville, Bobbie Jo (Rich) Durbin of Claysville; her grandchildren, Beth A. Flory of Canonsburg, Ryan M. Jeffries, Clarksville, Samantha (Josh) Carlisle of Washington, Stevie (Chance) Beatty of Washington, Marissa Durbin of Claysville, Nicholas Teegarden of Rices Landing and Erich Durbin of Claysville; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Monday, February 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rob Berk and Pastor Frank Menhart, Jr. co-officiating.
