Thomas S. Paul

Thomas “Tom” S. Paul, 94, of Washington, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025, after spending his birthday surrounded by family.

He was born February 23, 1931, in Washington, to Alfred Alexander Paul and Geneva Stull Paul.

Tom was preceded in death by his late wife, Joan; siblings Jack Paul and Martha Kay Jacobson; and daughter Susan Paul Waybright.

He is survived by his children, Cynthia Pomorski (Tony) of Pittsburgh, Linda Paul of Washington, and Jeffrey Paul of Washington; and his grandchildren, Missy (Dave), Trisha, Thomas (Ashley), Anthony (Chelsea), and Cat.

Tom will be remembered by his friends and family as a bowling maverick, achieving a 299 game in his late 80s.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during the Korean War.

Tom had a successful career as a homebuilder, building notable residences and businesses around the Washington area with a keen eye for quality.

He improved the lives of everyone he met and was always up for a game of Pinochle. He will be greatly missed.
