Our little angel, Valeria Presley Vargas, died November 12, 2021, at Magee Hospital, Pittsburgh. Valaria was the infant daughter of Daniel Vargas and Brandon “Brandi” Delfine, of Johnstown, PA. Surviving in addition to her parents, are a sister, Tiara Popp, of Canonsburg; maternal grandparents, Penny Rae Cox and Marty James Harps; and paternal grandparents, Gloria Santiago and Edwin Vargas. “We can’t wait until we meet again in heaven” There will be no visitation or service.
