Vickie Lynn Romick

Vickie Lynn Romick, 66, of Washington, died Thursday, December 15, 2022, in her home. She was born July 18, 1956, in Washington, a daughter of the late George Howard Hopkins and Catherine Louise Greer Hopkins. Ms. Romick was a homemaker who enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, listening to oldies music, solving crossword puzzles, and spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are three sons, Joseph DeCosta, Doug (Mary) DeCosta, and Michael (Theresa) Romick; a daughter, Jackie DeCosta; a brother, Joseph “Dusty” (Sherri) Hopkins; a sister, Valerie (Ron) Slaven; grandchildren, Lanie, Nicholas, Olivia, Brittany, Christopher, Cheyenne, and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Joseph, Penelope, and Kalie-Ann; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are three brothers, Doug, George, and Michael Hopkins. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or service.
