Virginia L. Krenzelak, a cherished mother, grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026, at the Donnell House in Washington, PA. Born in Washington, PA, Virginia’s life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family and her warm, engaging personality.

Virginia attended and graduated from Washington High School, laying a foundation for a life rich with love and commitment. Known for her sarcasm paired with an understanding and easy-going nature, she was a steadfast supporter of her children, always encouraging them to strive to be their best. “Push yourself to do as good as you can,” she would say, instilling in them a sense of perseverance balanced with empathy.

A lover of reading and gardening, Virginia found joy and relaxation in these pursuits, cultivating a space where she could nourish both her mind and the earth. Her proudest accomplishments were being a wonderful mother and grandmother, roles she embraced with immense pride and joy.

Virginia is survived by her loving children: Jason (Tracy) Krenzelak, Tisa Krenzelak (Justin Hackney), Seth (Mackenzi) Krenzelak, and Logan Krenzelak. She was also a devoted grandmother to Vanessa, Zack, Julian, Ally, Maddox, James, Oliver, and Beau, who brought light and happiness into her life. She shared a special bond with her sisters, Gerry Eckert (late Chuck) and Betsy Dimmick (late Mike), as well as her sister-in-law, Dorothy Zollars.

She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Krenzelak who passed away on May 19, 2020 and her parents, Charles and Nellie (Bobik) Zollars, her brothers Robert and Jack Zollars, and her half-sister Billie Robinson.

Virginia L. Krenzelak leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and gentle encouragement. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will continue to inspire those who cherished her, reminding them of the importance of kindness, resilience, and devotion to family.
