Wilbur Nelson Williams, Jr.

Wilbur Nelson Williams, Jr., 91, of Washington, died March 8, 2021, in Premier Washington Health Center. He was born March 17, 1929, in Millsboro, a son of the late Wilbur N. Williams, Sr., and Marie Davis Williams. During 1951, Mr. Williams served in the Army. He was employed by Andy Brothers for 45 years, working as a manager at V-Bat Plastics and Washington Penn Plastics. Mr. Williams was a member of three bowling teams, loved to dance, especially to polkas and waltzes, and enjoyed traveling and playing cards. In addition, he loved to fix anything and everything. He was Presbyterian by faith. Wilbur was a devoted, loving and caring husband and father, always making sure that his family was taken care of. His hugs were the “BEST.” On December 23, 1950, he married Mary Lou DeMay, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Deborah Sue (Merle) Landis of Wellsville, Cheri (Rick) Kulbacki of Kittanning, and Judy (Kevin) Cummings of Finleyville; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are brothers, Robert, Charles, and Howard Williams, and sisters, Norma McCormick and Audrey Haught. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA.
