William Walter McDaniel, 79, of Washington, passed away on December 3, 2022, in Country Meadows Retirement Communities in Bridgeville. He was born on June 7, 1943, in Pittsburgh. Mr. McDaniel had worked as a sheriff for Allegheny County. William enjoyed playing video games, drawing and spending time with friends. Surviving is a son, Jon McDaniel, of Washington. A memorial gathering will be held from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m., Sunday, February 12, 2023, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
