William Raymond "Billy" Muenster, 78, of Monongahela, died on April 28, 2023, in his home. He was born on April 20, 1945, in Carnegie, a son of the late Raymond and Rose Ann Jones Muenster. Billy was Catholic by faith. Surviving are a sister, Carlene C. (Joseph) Rini, of Aurora, OH; and two nephews, Dan Johnson and Doug Johnson. His sister, Mary Emma Johnson, is deceased. Friends and family are welcome on Friday, May 5, 2023, from 10 to 11:00 a.m., the time of a Blessing Service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., with Father Ed Yuhas as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery
