Willis Dale Musgrove, 78, of Claysville, died June 18, 2022, in Townview Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 3, 1944, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of the late James “Rip” and Helen Iona Adams Musgrove. Willis was a graduate of Hurst High School. He was a machinist and owned and operated Musgrove Machining. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Willis loved his fishing trips to Canada with his grandson and friends, and went to the family hunting camp regularly with his brothers. He built his own home and loved spending time with friends and family. On October 5, 1963, Willis married Adele Betty Barnhart, who survives. Also surviving are daughters, Denise Jean Briggs (Scott), and Jennifer Dawn Musgrove; grandchildren, Amanda Jean Lewis (Christian), Sean Edward Briggs (Jerica), Shane Dylan Musgrove (Mary), and Abby Jo Elizabeth Powell; great-grandchildren, Allison, Caroline, and Liam Lewis, and Mason, Josie, Wyatt, and Rayna Briggs; sister, Donna Kacik (Ron); and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Willis was preceded in death by siblings; James Musgrove, Ilene Eicher, Blaine Musgrove, and Norman Musgrove.
