Susanna Rose Setto, 93, of Houston, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, in Washington County Health Center.
She was born April 21, 1919, in Donora, a daughter of Joseph and Mary Andras Zelinsky.
Mrs. Setto worked as a practical nurse at Mayview State Hospital for 10 years and also was a private duty babysitter and housekeeper.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church and its Christian Mothers.
For 39 years, she was married to Stephen P. Setto, who died who died in April 1989.
Surviving are three sons, Stephen (Linda) Setto of Washington, Richard (Kathleen) Setto of Houston and James Setto, Sr., of Washington; a daughter, Cynthia Davison (Brian) Masterson of Somerset; grandchildren, Melissa (Darryl Cozza) Lucciola, Mark Setto, Michael (Robin) Setto, Matthew Setto, James (Maria) Setto Jr., Holly Setto (Fiancé Vince Schultz), William Davison Jr., Jessica (Brett) Lojacono; great-grandchildren, Sara Setto, Mason and Maxwell Setto, James Nicholas, Ashley, Madison and Arabella Grace Setto, Hayden, Ava and Carter Lojacono.
Deceased are a grandson, Martin Setto; three sisters, Mary Hanichak, Margaret Segursky, and Anne Marie Zelinsky; and a brother, Joseph Zelinsky.
Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, March 8th in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, with Father Carmen D’Amico as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Dominic’s Cemetery, Donora.
