Patricia Susan Slebodnik

Patricia Susan Slebodnik, 62, of Canonsburg, died Wednesday, November 4, 2009, in Canonsburg General Hospital. She was born October 22, 1947, in Washington, a daughter of the late Robert and Helen Marchione Kiggans. Mrs. Slebodnik had been a nurses’ aid for five years at Horizon Senior Care in Canonsburg and had also worked at other senior care centers, including Kade Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington. She attended Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church and enjoyed playing bingo. Her husband, Robert Slebodnik, died in February 2002. Surviving are two sons, Edward (Rebecca) Bush of Canonsburg and Kevin Bush of Washington; a sister, Laura Kiggans of Washington; and four grandchildren, Edward Bush, Jr., Donovan Bush, Dominic Bush and Morgan Bush. Deceased is a brother, Robert Kiggans. There will be no public visitation or services. Memorial contributions may be made to Canonsburg General Hospital, 100 Medical Boulevard, Canonsburg PA 15317.
