Barbara Fullen

Barbara Ann Fullen, 74, of Eighty Four, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024. She was born January, 11, 1950, in Washington, a daughter of the late William John Spanogle and Mary Margaret Golna Spanogle. Barbara retired from Kwik Fill in Eighty Four, where she was a manager. She loved cats and enjoyed cooking. Surviving are a nephew, Jeffrey (Danielle) Patterson, and two aunts, Carolyn (Bill) Zoeller and Veronica (the late Ralph) Boone. Deceased are a sister, Kathleen Cumberledge; uncles John Golna, William Golna and George Golna; and aunts Margie Welsh and Ann Waugh. All services are private. Arrangements are entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Home, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
