Mary Virginia Savage

Mary Savage, 78, of Washington, died Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at home. She was born March 15, 1940, in Swanton, Maryland, the daughter of the late Earl Beckman and Hazel Wymer Beckman. Mary graduated from Southern High School in Oakland, Maryland. She worked as a receptionist at Beauty and Hair by Rose. Mary was Methodist by faith and loved Bingo, which she played and ran, and playing computer games. On September 27, 1959, she married Stanley Savage, who died February 23, 1979. Surviving are a son, Jeffrey Scott (Michele Easterly) Savage of Youngstown, OH; a daughter, Tracy Savage of Washington; two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Ryan Savage; two great grandchildren, Cameron and Emily Savage. All services are private and entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes.
